SINGLE HOP IPA - APRIL MEETING

ALES Members,

You still have time to brew your Single Hop IPA for the ALES Club April Meeting. So far we have planned brews with Eukenot, Nelson Sauvin, Tahoma, Tident, Vic Secret and more. Prairie Brew Supply has a lot of options available.

For this that haven’t committed yet, but plan to brew, the recipe if fairly simple:

Per 5 Gallons:
8.8 lbs of 2-Row Pale Malt
1.0 lbs of Munch 10
0.8 lbs of Wheat Malt
60 min - 1/8 oz hop addition
10 min - 3/8 oz hop addition
Whirlpool - 1 oz hop at 20 min whirlpool, 170F
Dry Hop - 3 oz hop addition
Yeast: S-05 or equivalent
